Munro Cottage is a three bedroom Victorian terraced cottage situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of Aviemore Town Centre. There is ample parking space to the front of the house.

The accommodation which comfortably sleeps six people comprises:

Upstairs:

• double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, wash-hand basin; this room has a superb view of the Cairngorm Mountains
• twin bedded room
• WC and wash-hand basin

Downstairs:

• spacious lounge/dining room with open fire, TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player
• twin bedroom with wash-hand basin
• kitchen equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge and washing machine
• WC & wash-hand basin
• separate shower

Heating:

• storage heaters in the lounge and hall
• electric panel heaters in all other rooms
• all heating and linen (excluding towels) included in price

Outside:

• enclosed garden to rear with picnic bench set

The house is heated by off-peak storage heaters in the lounge and hall. There are electric panel heaters in bedrooms and kitchen. All heating, including wood for the open fire is included in the price.

All bed and table linen provided, but not towels.

Pets accommodated by arrangement.

This is a non smoking house.

Shops, restaurants, pubs are all nearby. The railway station is within walking distance. The Cairngorm ski bus stop is also nearby.
